The process of Hydro Excavation is the only non-destructive method of digging that utilizes pressurized water and a vacuum system to quickly and safely expose underground infrastructure.  Hydro excavation mitigates the risk of damage of unknown or congested structures and injury to on-site personnel.  SCS has a full HydroVac system and fully trained staff ready for field service.
